The 1852 Lawrence School is adapted for 16 residential units with a refreshing modern design discreetly woven into its historic character. Significant upgrades include interior renovations, masonry restoration, shoring and repair of the wood floor framing, window replacement, roof reparis and the temporary enloussure of select areas during construction. New MEP and fire protection systems were implemented into the interiors, and the loft style design includes flexible wall systems for one or two bedrooms, steel and wood decks and a new kitchen and bathroom.
