TTInc awarded two PRISM Awards from the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston

 

Great night out for TT Inc. at the PRISM Awards Gala with the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston! 

Two projects were awarded with honors this year under the Remodel/Restoration category. 38 Newbury Street was awarded the Gold Award for projects between $500K and $750K and SGI New England Buddhist Center was given a Silver Award for projects over $1M and 5,000 square feet. A special thank you to LAM Partners for their exceptional lighting design work on both of these projects.

 

Detroit's historic Ford Building to receive new life

Starting initial design concepts for the renewal of Detroit's historic Ford Building! Originally designed by Daniel Burnham in 1908, the 19 story structure is proposing to undergo renovations for a new entry and lobby, along with ground floor commercial and upper level offices. Excited to be expanding our presence in Detroit working with The Elia Group and ICONIC Real Estate

TTInc wins (3) AAP American Architecture Prizes!

For the second year in a row, TTInc was recognized in more than one category in the international 2017 AAP American Architecture Prize Awards. Fisher Hill Reservoir Park Gatehouse and Comfort Station was a winner in the Landscape Architecture Installations and Structures category while 6 Industrial Way received an honorable mention under the Architectural Design / Green Architecture category. The Farnham-Connolly State Park Pavilion also received an honorable mention under the Landscape Architecture Installations and Structures category.

TTInc to lead studio on resiliency at Roger Williams University

TTInc is excited to announce a collaboration with Roger Williams University as part of their Firm in Residence program where architecture and urban design firms lead a graduate studio for 1 semester. This year TTInc will focus on waterfront sites in Portland, Maine as an effort to address a vibrant and growing post industrial city that faces challenges with resiliency. Thank you to all involved with our succesful first site visit, especially our good friend Bob Uhlig at Halvorson Design!

TTInc office trip to Detroit

Park opening was a great success.... Very happy to have been a part of the grand celebration for Beacon Park. Our Lumen Restaurant building for DTE will open next spring. Congratulations to livingLab on a beautifully crafted public space!

Great concert on the lawn with Robert Randolph and the Family Band Detroit style BBQ at Slows was a great way to end the trip!

TTInc honored with (3) BSA 2017 Honor Awards!

TTInc received (2) BSA 2017 Honor Award for Design Excellence! Both Farnham-Connolly State Park and Fisher Hill Reservoir Gatehouse & Comfort Station were selected among a highly competitive field. The Fisher Hill Reservoir Gatehouse & Comfort Station also won a citation for the Small Firm Awards. A special thank you to our friends from CSS on the Farnham-Connolly Park and Klopfer Martin Design Group on the Fisher Hill Reservoir Park for their outstanding landscape architecture. Congratulations to our fellow winners, see you at the Gala!
