Ted was invited to speak at the Facades+ conference in Boston, hosted by the Architect’s Newspaper. The panel was entitled: Stepping Away from the Glass Box: Materiality on Mid-Sized Mixed Use Projects. Ted’s presentation revolved around the façade systems utilized in the Lumen at Beacon Park and how Touloukian Touloukian views construction as a tectonic art.

coleridge residences is a winner of green good design award 2021

We are excited to announce that our Coleridge Residences project in Boston, MA has been awarded with the 2021 Green Good Design Award. The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies have jointly selected 100 new buildings and product designs from 20 nations as a new design direction for an even greater, more heightened awareness to protect the world’s natural resources and the manufacturing and end-user’s growing concerns for a healthy ecology and human environment. Thank you to our design team for helping us realize our vision for the Buffalo Waterfront, and our commitment towards a more sustainable future.
