The Redevelopment of the 654 Main Street site aligns with the goals of the Town Center Plan of Winchester. This project promotes a functionally diverse and animated downtown that will enrich the Center Business District (CBD) public streets through walkable sidewalks, outdoor seating, mixed use streetscapes, and the revitalization of local retail within the Winchester Cultural District. The total four story building proposal includes two (2) commercial spaces with a total of approximately 6,168 net sf; thirty-six (36) residential condominium units distributed among all four floors with a total of approximately 31,252 net sf of rentable residential living space; central amenity spaces adjacent to the courtyard, and approximately forty-one (41) automated parking spaces at the basement level.
