Located in the Cottage Farm Historic District of Brookline, Massachusetts, the 1912 Neo-Georgian home was in disrepair from long term neglect and in need of a major restoration and renovation. A meticulous and historically sensitive restoration was not only important to the client, but to the preservation and future of the entire Cottage Farm Historic District. The restoration included new kitchens and baths, millwork and casework, masonry, decorative plaster, and flooring.
