A 120,000 GSF mixed-use development in the heart of Central Square. Three context sensitive masses surround a raised southern facing courtyard landscape with parking below. The three distinct, but united, building types: Townhouse, Tower, and Historic Midrise are calibrated to honor the rich surrounding urban fabric while creating highly desirable rental units with sweeping views of the city. Through the use of precise structural bearing, the tower will be built over an existing building with minimal impact on the current function.
