A nine unit residential development includes a three unit triple decker along Hyde Park Avenue and a six unit townhouse at the end of the parcel. The project developer employed local trades well versed in typical triple decker construction materials and details in new combinations that are distinctly modern and re-invented to reflect its context. The organization of units around a common forecourt set back from the street fosters a sense of privacy and community.
