Montwell Park will transform the entrance to downtown Lewsiburg and promote a sustainable future for the Greenbrier Valley. A 6.5 acre site, the park creates the unique opportunity to build a beautiful and useful community space in the heart of Lewisburg. The project's goals include supporting local farmers, promoting responsible environmental stewardship, and providing a gathering space for the community. Form live music to farmers and art markets, and community workshops to weddings, Montwell Park will be a vibrant multi-seasonal space. Montwell Park will be composed of a market pavilion, a community building , a renovated Barricks building, an amphitheater, a pond and several acres of open space.
