The 1890 era chapel requires stabilization and weatherization of its existing exterior envelope systems, including restoration of exiting granite and limestone, repair of the existing slate roof and copper flashing, improvements to the roof drainage systems, repairs to the bell tower and protection of stained glass windows. Due to budget restraint, the scope is value driven and organized by an order of magnitude of high, medium and low priorities. The improvements will restore the chapel for community use and preserve its historic architectural elements.
