A lab and bio-medical building owner requested the design of a new handicap accessible ramp, stair entry, canopy, and signage as a means for providing necessary code upgrades and a new image for marketing to potential tenants. Sheet metal and painted steel minimal details are a modern foil to the industrial aesthetic of the existing warehouse building. The design features a new exterior laser cut anodized aluminum sign panel in keeping with the corporate logo design provided by the owner’s graphic designer.
