Overlooking Mann Hill Beach the house is designed for a couple with three grown children. Set back from the flood plain and designed for the hurricane code wind loads, the residence has multiple decks for indoor/outdoor living and large windows that take advantage of sweeping ocean views. Interior rooms are designed with two story and clerestory spaces to provide direct and diffused light from multiple orientations. Cedar shingles, painted wood trim and cornices, double hung windows, and an expansive porch wrap the perimeter of the house.
