An existing empty lot in Cambridge, this development proposes a new urban restaurant / market using a modular design concept. Studies are currently being investigated as the Client hopes to involve the use of shipping containers to evoke an industrial modular design aesthetic for the new space.
Studies of site orientation, stacking, materiality, and structure have guided the initial design concepts around a space for public gathering and dinning.
