A mall requiring improvements to its new and existing tenant spaces and egress corridors has undergone a building code review and multiple building permit applications for multiple renovations. A master plan for the mall and adjacent parking lot is being developed to include additional renovations and expansions to individual tenant spaces and the integration of additional adjacent structures. The campus plan studied utilization, zoning, use-groups, financial modeling, and neighborhood context.
