A mixed use adaptive re-use, and new construction project along Washington Street in Boston, the design completes a unique city block through selective urban infill of a new 6 story building and 2 story addition for 33 residential units and ground floor speculative commercial space. Color, material texture and proportion are key elements to the composition that highlight and contribute to the unique architectural styles along the block.
